The Women’s Retreat is a business-focused gathering designed for 25 senior women leaders from across Canada. Held November 5–8 at the stunning Spa Eastman in the heart of the Eastern Townships, this intimate experience offers space for strategic reflection, meaningful connection, and professional reinvention — far from the noise of everyday life. This is a rare opportunity to pause, recenter, and invest in your leadership alongside a powerful peer network.

Retreat Ticket
Your ticket includes three nights’ accommodation at the stunning Spa Eastman, all meals and beverages (including alcohol), and full access to the retreat’s curated programming. This includes expert-led sessions, collaborative workshops, access to the thermal spa, wellness activities like yoga and hiking, and an intimate fireside chat with Premier Kathleen Wynne. Please note that air travel is not included.
